Welcome to Waterfall Coaching, the website for my life coaching business
- the place to learn what coaching is all about, to review some resources and get support to help you achieve your life goals, to learn about me and my philosophy on living (a cosmic joke, with lots of hidden punch lines!), and, most of all, to sign up with me as your coach!
Life coaching is a collaborative, dynamic alliance between client and coach, designed to set goals and take action steps to move forward in life. As your coach I employ assessment tools and purposeful inquiry to help you find new ways to tackle life’s situations more effectively. It’s a confidential process, tailor-made to each client’s needs and assets, is usually provided over the phone, and is founded on the belief that my clients are “naturally creative, resourceful and whole” (International Coach Federation guidelines).
Dream coaching is a specialized form of life coaching in which I am skilled and certified, that emphasizes using your intentions and life purpose to make your dreams come true. It can be provided individually or in groups and can be truly transformative!
